An Iconic Dish of Mandalay!
There are different version of Mont-Ti in Myanmar depending on the region. Our product replicates Mandalay Mont-ti မန္တလေးမုန့်တီ/နန်းကြီးသုပ်. A dish of thick noodle with chicken curry sauce and roasted bean flour. It is a novelty food in most city and town and is popular for breakfast, brunch and light lunch.
Taste: A premium savoy taste.
Ingredients: Udon (Wheat), Chicken (Halal), Canola Oil,
Roasted Chickpea Powder, Salt, Onion, Spices, Garlic.
Suggested Cooking and Serving Instruction: Peel off the four corners of the tray, use the defrost
setting or set power to low and microwave the tray for
5-10 minutes until the food has thawed. Then heat it
in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until it
reaches to a minimum of 165°F / 74°C.
Serve with cilantro, green onion, bean sprout, lime,
roasted chili crush, slices of hard-boiled egg, and fish
sauce at your preferred taste.
