WHAT IS MANDALAY MONT-TI: It is a thick noodle with chicken curry sauce and roasted bean flour. It is a novelty food in most city and town in Myanmar and is popular for breakfast, brunch and light lunch. It gives a premium savoy taste.
DELICIOUS READY-TO-EAT MEAL: Peel off the four corners of the tray, use the defrost setting or set power to low and microwave the tray for 5-10 minutes until the food has thawed. Then heat it in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until it reaches to a minimum of 165°F / 74°C. Serve with cilantro, green onion, bean sprout, lime, roasted chili crush, slices of hard-boiled egg, and fish sauce at your preferred taste.
