WHAT IS MEE-SHAY: It is a specialty dish of Shan State, Eastern part of Myanmar. There are regional variance of Mee-Shay. Our product replicates Mandalay Style, a dish of thick noodle with chicken curry sauce, sour mustard and fermented beans. Being different from typical Burmese cuisine, it is a novelty food in most city and town. Mee-shay is popular for breakfast, brunch and light lunch.
DELICIOUS READY-TO-EAT MEAL: Peel off the four corners of the tray, use the defrost setting or set power to low and microwave the tray for 5-10 minutes until the food has thawed. Then heat it in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until it reaches to a minimum of 165°F / 74°C. Serve with cilantro, green onion, bean sprout, roasted chili crush at your preferred taste.
