Poor producers and rich consumers are connected with love, compassion, sharing and caring.
We donate a fraction of revenue to humanitarian aids in Myanmar.
We will establish a fair trade with millions of primary producers in Myanmar. The fair trade will be for 100% organic products from their backyard, or community land, or from their own land. We are providing trainings on good agricultural practices and providing resources as needed. We will start the fair trade project asap with a target at a minimum 50% of our ingredients are from fair trades by the end of 2023.
We are keeping environmental foot- print at the lowest possible. Sustainability and circularity is our priority.
Finding the cultural delicacies of our home country, Myanmar, was proving difficult to us since we moved to Canada. Not only could we not find these foods readily available in local grocery stores, but we also realized not many people know much about Myanmar and its cuisine.
In 2019, we created Moe Myanmar Foods in Canada to bring Myanmar to the World through its cultural delicacies. By the end of 2019, we have started introducing a new taste and culture to North America.
By the end of 2020, three new products, replicating the authentic taste of most popular Burmese cuisines are getting onto retail shelves in Canada and the USA. We are continuously working to get many more traditional Myanmar foods to markets.
Our products are produced at the federally inspected and HACCP compliant manufacturing facilities that assure the stringent food safety policies and regulations for safe and quality products.
