Mohhingar is a national Burmese cuisine. It is a fish soup and served together with rice noodles. It gives a balance of sweet and sour, salty and spicy.
Chicken-coconut noodle is a popular Burmese cuisine. It is a featured chicken broth with coconut milk and served with wheat noodles. It gives a deeply satisfying earthy sweetness.
Crispy Chickpea Tempura is a complement to Mohhingar and all other soups and salads. it is also an excellent snack. Crunchy and Yummy!
